PAYPAL SUBSCRIPTION/RECURRING PAYMENTS PLAN: The layaway plan is based on Paypal's subscription/recurring payments plan. Layaways are only allowed on items that are priced $100.00 or more. You need to have a paypal account and a credit card to use this plan. It's fast! It's easy! And it's secure! When you click on the layaway now button you will be taken to a secure Paypal page that gets you started on the easy process. Note: There is no buyer protection plan on layaway items through paypal.
ITEMS INCLUDED FOR LAYAWAY OPTION: The only items offered on the layaway plan will have the "Layaway now" button.
LAYAWAY PAYMENT TERMS: The first layaway payment is to be made when you choose the layaway button and start the process. Payment amount will be divided by three, (Maximum number of months for layaway plan) with the first payment being due immediately. All payments must be made via the Layaway button through paypal. I will not accept checks by mail or any other form of payment.
INTEREST: There are no interest fees with this layaway plan.
LATE PAYMENTS: Your payment is considered late if you are more than 1 week beyond the due date without payment made. You will be asessed a late payment fee of $10.00 for each late payment. This amount will be added to your total due on the last payment.
FORFEITURE: If there are no payments made on your layaway for a period of more than two weeks beyond the payment due date, you forfeit your order and all payments previously made. You will not receive a refund of payments made! I will not process another order or complete the original if you default on your original layaway agreement.
PRE-PAYOFF: You can pre-pay the total balance at any time with no fee. Please contact me via email to let me know you will paying the total early so I know to get your purchase completed with plenty of prior notice. If you choose to pay more than the payment due, you can do that. Your next payment will still be the same amount as you agreed to. Your final payment might will be lower, and I will notify you how much to pay.
SHIPPING AND SPECIAL HANDLING: In some cases there may be additional shipping, for instance, international shipping costs and related fees. Any and all fees related to shipping internationally will be paid by the customer before the item is shipped. In these cases, you will be contacted by email for final arrangements. Fully paid items will only be shipped to the original address registered for the layaway plan. Shipping/handling and insurance within the Continental U.S. will be part of your total layaway price. Outside the continental U.S., you may have to pay additional actual shipping or customs fees charge. This can be added to your last payment if you wish, or sent seperately before the item is shipped. IMPORTANT: I do not ship to APO/FPO OR P.O. BOX ADDRESSES. ADDRESS MUST BE A STANDARD RESIDENTIAL OR BUSINESS ADDRESS.
YOUR UNIQUE CREATIONS AND ADDITIONAL REQUESTS: Any items you purchase that you require additional work done to will be charged accordingly. This will be worked out via email or phone, and the additional charges added to your total. Items you choose may not have exactly the same stand or embellishments as shown in the pictures. Stands can be discontinued by companies as well as supplies of certain "findings" and embellishments. I assure you that your item will have an appropriate stand or accessories to make it well worth the value and beauty of your hand created Eggshell art piece. There are no two eggs exactly alike. Each one has it's own unique qualities and lend themselves differently to carving and sculpting. The can also vary in color. That's why you will own a one of a kind piece of art!
IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE ITEMS AND TIME FRAME FOR ORDERS TO BE COMPLETED: Throughout the site there will be items that say "Available now". Those items are completed and ready for shipping. Other items, please allow 1 to 2 weeks for completion, unless otherwise notified. My creations take time and I take time to be precise and careful that you receive a quality piece of art.
REFUNDS/EXCHANGES: There are absolutely no refunds, exchanges or changes on layaways. If the item gets damaged during shipping it will go through the postal insurance procedures. If you receive a damaged item, keep the box and all packing contents the way you received it. You will need to show this to the postal inspectors when filing an insurance claim and will need to forward a picture to me.
HOLIDAY CUSTOM ORDER SCHEDULES: Custom order work during Holiday seasons will be on a first come, first serve basis. Get your orders in early to be sure you will receive your creations on time for the holidays. Order at least three weeks BEFORE the holiday.
CUSTOM WORK SCHEDULE and Terms: Custom order details will be worked out via email or by telephone. You will receive a picture of the finished product before we ship via email (when available email address is provided). No custom orders will begin until your first payment is made on the layaway plan. Changes made to custom orders before completion must be agreed to by me and the customer at least two weeks prior to layaway pay off date. Changes may not always be possible if the custom order is already in progress. Any orders that request extra items or designs will be priced accordingly and I will email that to you also. If your order is a custom order item, such as a portrait, the details will be worked out via email or phone.
Late Payments : I will allow a grace period of one week on late payments after which a $10.00 late fee will apply. The merchandise will not be shipped until any late fees have been paid. I will only send ONE reminder of payment to your registered email address. If the payment is not made per the aforementioned terms, your order and payments will be considered in default and your order and all payments will be forfeited.
Shipping costs are based on weight and your zip code. There are several choices for shipping. Priority Mail, Parcel Post, UPS ground, and FedEx ground.
